Shipping

We charge a flat rate based on location, kept below our actual postage cost so shipping never gets in the way of a purchase. UK customers pay a flat £4 on all deliveries, free on orders of £50 and above.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window on unused, unworn items in their original condition. If anything is wrong with your order, or you'd like to return it, email us at official@sekaicollective.com and we'll sort it out.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Because every embroidered piece is made in-house to order, custom embroidery items may not be eligible for the standard return window unless faulty. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before ordering and we'll confirm.
